Mike Parney, of Hillsdale, currently serves as a Member of the Road Commission Board.  He began serving on the Hillsdale County Road Commission Board in 2007.  He was elected as a Road Commissioner by the voters and has happily served the county ever since.

Mike has lived in Hillsdale County for 60+ years.  He graduated from Camden Frontier High School.  He and his wife, Sandi have been married for 40+ years.  They have two children and five grandchildren.

​

Mike spends his free time golfing and riding his motorcycle.  Mike was the owner of Parney’s Car Care in Hillsdale, MI, for 30 years.

​

Over the years, Mike has been actively involved in his local community.  He has served on the Hillsdale City Council.  He has been Rotary President.  He has been a member of the Elks for twelve years and served as President.  He was voted “Elks Citizen of the Year” as well.  Mike is an active member of the Hillsdale County Parks Commission.
