Mark Kline was appointed to the Hillsdale County Road Commission (HCRC) in January of 2023 by the Hillsdale County Board of Commissioners after they expanded the HCRC from a three to a five member board. The seat that Mark holds will be up for election in 2024.
Mark has been a lifelong resident of Adams Township and a dairy farmer for over 30 years. After selling his cows, he worked the spring seasons as a truck driver for The Andersons in Litchfield and the winter seasons as a road maintenance worker for the Michigan Department of Transportation Adrian Garage. In 2007, he began working as a State Licensed Crop Insurance Adjuster for American Farm Bureau Insurance. Mark is also an active member on the Hillsdale County Parks Commission Board.
Mark and his wife, Linda, have 5 adult children and 2 grandchildren. He spends his time visiting his family, deer hunting, and turkey hunting.
